YAII Return & Refund Policy

Returns

• Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Products must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached.

• Swimwear and intimates must have the hygienic liner intact and show no signs of wear.

• Final sale items, gift cards, and accessories are non-returnable.

Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We do not offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. YAII is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
